Pick up service will be provided by the organising committee from the official arrival point - Madrid-Barajas Adolfo Suarez Airport to the official hotel - Axor Barajas Hotel Madrid, returning back to the airport on your day of depature.
Transportation will also be organised for all official events during the Assembly and Gala, this includes transport to the General Assembly venue, the Gala venue, sightseeing trips, all returning back to the official hotel.
